• Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Maintain and extend our use of Kubernetes and various cloud services
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Build highly reliable monitoring and alerting systems
• Work with renowned scientists and computational biologists
• Mentor and coordinate a talented a growing development team
• Spend a significant portion of your time coding
• Help design a globally unique repository of life science data

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 3+ years of technical leadership or management experience
• Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience leading projects from conception through delivery
• BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience building or supporting Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) pipelines
